Key Responsibilities
1) Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
2) To troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, escalating issues as needed.
3) Manage IT assets, including hardware and software licensing. Ensuring accurate inventory records and proper life cycle management
4) Assist in creating and updating IT documentation and knowledge base articles
5) Other relevant ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
