– Individuals aged between 18 and 40 years
– Follow a technical training program organized by the Department/Agency under MAFI or recognized by MAFI;
– Individuals who have a Certificate/Diploma/Degree from an educational institution recognized by the – Ministry of Education Malaysia or a Training Institute under MAFI related to the proposed agricultural – project may be considered for exemption from technical training programs; and
– Preference to individuals with existing land or premises facilities.
* Each applicant is eligible to receive a once in a lifetime grant only.
